We analyze real-world data (RWD) and generate real-world evidence (RWE) across the product lifecycle, from launch readiness to post-marketing. We work with large insurance claims databases across the MENA region, covering more than 5 million patients and 17 million claims a year, as well as medical charts and patient-reported outcome and experience measures (PROMs and PREMs). We have run studies in more than 20 disease and therapeutic areas.

Integrated Evidence Planning (IEP)
CCHO’s holistic, dynamic, and proactive approach encompasses the entire product lifecycle, from clinical development to launch and post-marketing activities, integrating RWE and clinical evidence generation and utilization strategies to support your clinical and access objectives. We ensure seamless multi-disciplinary stakeholder engagement and coordination across all activities to provide alignment of global and regional strategies.
We take our partners on the RWE journey from initial evidence gap analysis and protocol design through study implementation and evidence dissemination, with the aim to establish and communicate the real-world value of their products.
Real-World Data (RWD) Analysis
Retrospective RWE studies utilize and analyze RWD collected from routine clinical practice or administrative sources to evaluate treatment outcomes, healthcare utilization patterns, and patient characteristics. RWD is increasingly used to inform healthcare decisions, particularly for rare disease approvals and expanded indications.
CCHO leverages a diverse range of RWD sources, including:
Real-World Evidence (RWE) Generation
Our RWE generation services are designed to deliver robust insights into the effectiveness, safety, and value of healthcare products in real-world settings. CCHO guides you through every step of your RWE journey, starting by understanding your needs and objectives and designing the optimal study, to developing the protocol, establishing the analytical framework, identifying data sources, managing sites, patient recruitment, and data collection, and supporting your communications needs by developing manuscripts, abstracts, and posters.
We conduct various types of studies including:
- Prospective drug / disease registries
- Burden of disease
- Patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs)
- Treatment and population trends
- Cost and healthcare resource utilization (HCRU) analysis
Evidence Synthesis and Evaluation
- Systematic and targeted literature review
- Network meta-analysis
